Roman was great. He came over made recommendations and the rest was history. He took care of everything from ordering the equipment and did a great job on the install. He was very responsive to questions I had the following day about the new setup. Highly recommend!

I have 3 surround sound entertainment systems and 30 speakers throughout my house. Needless to say it’s a complicated system w/ 2 racks of audio equipment. Roman came in and addressed several issues other vendors couldn’t figure out. He was courteous, dependable, knowledgeable, professional and honest. What else do you need to know? I see why others have given A-Z a five star rating. You’d be a fool not to use them.

Roman from A-Z Smart Home installed a projector in my ceiling, and also ran the wires for the inputs and audio behind the wall for a more seamless look. I have used the projector many times since install, and it's great - it's like we have a movie theater here in the house. Roman was always responsive and communicated clearly - was on time - and even ran out and got a new cable for me when one of mine failed. Highly recommended!

The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and completed the set up of all AV for our home in record time! This including installing sound TVs with sound bars, Sonia entertainment system and helped us set up our remote lighting system. Really fantastic. Courteous, prompt and patient with explanations. Would recommend to all! Very reasonable pricing as well. Responsive to questions post install. Great service!

Was happy with the service. Listened to what I wanted in terms of audio/visual system; then reviewed the space and offered comprehensive options to choose from. This place seemed top notch Here we are a month later and there is a problem. One that this company seems unwilling to address. The universal remote does not work for the TV in one room because the leed had fallen off. Seems easy enough. The person who installed it does not respond to emails or texts…nor does this company. Are they still in business? Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
