We have a piece of equipment that is about 27 years old. Mechanically was working fine, but the control boards died and the manufacturer told us they were discontinued. And of course, "no one there knew how to fix it because it was too old." They offered to sell us a new piece of equipment though.... We reached out to Reuben and Vortechs. They came in, did an extensive evaluation of the boards and control circuits. They were able to completely rebuild and update the PLC. Machine works like new. The team at Vortechs saved us a ton of money in terms of lost production time and the need for new equipment. Would absolutely recommend Reuben and Vortechs for any legacy or modern manufacturing equipment designs and needs. They're now in our company rolodex for sure.

Vortechs Automation has serviced the emergency call system on our property for approximately 10 years. Over the course of time, the service we have received has been excellent.
