What counts as a qualified request?
A real buyer with enough project, company, or budget detail for us to review.
When is an agency charged?
If lead billing is active, the agency pays $10 for each qualified request we deliver. Requests held for review are free.
What if a delivered request is wrong or unusable?
Request a review from the dashboard. We adjust billing only after review.
Ownership review confirms who can manage a profile. It is not an endorsement.

What does “verified owner” mean?
We confirmed who manages the profile. We did not review the agency's work.
What happens after I send a project?
Your brief may go to an agency or to our review queue. Agencies decide whether to reply.
Does directory order mean you recommend an agency?
No. Relevance, Google ratings, and sponsorship can affect the order.
