The Neat Company

Contacted Neat when I ran into a scanning problem. I first chatted with Clint and he gave me some suggestions on how to fix my problem and offered me a remote session. I was put into a remote session with Alma and that remote session got me back on track. Both these people were great and Alma from the tech team was fantastic. Thank you both for your patience, understanding and professionalism. My second need for help was today. 3/4/26. I chatted with paula first and she directed me to Alma. Alma was AWESOME. Was able to figure out what I was doing wrong, duh, and got my problem solved and left me with instructions so I could refer to them to properly get done what I needed to produce the correct reports I needed. Thank you Paula and Alma!

The extra technology support subscription has been well worth the purchase. Unfortunately, the original support person from NEAT spoke too fast and did not give me the opportunity to work through her directions. So of course, my problem was not resolved. I was then transferred to Alma who was able to rectify my issue within minutes. She was knowledgeable and most of all patient. Much appreciated Alma!!

Hello there. I am a licensed insurance agent. I am one of those people who respect and appreciate the professional technicians who are: professional, patient, happy to help another person not only fix their immediate technical issue, but who also imparts new knowledge to help male the person more self-reliant. Dolly P. spent 63 minutes detoxing my "Neat Scan Utility" issues and answered random questions. Dolly P. was very courteous and concerned that got a refresher to how the system works, gently informed me of some special webinars and new features available at my leisure. Lastly, she made me feel her as a tangible technical support and not like a grumpy, biased elitist. I was happy when NEAT SUPPORT called me for my scheduled appointment and Dolly P. was my support person/teacher--quite knowledgeable and a skilled listener, but also a kindly servant to the client on the other end of her phone connection. -Kathy J.

This wonderful app has been priced beyond its value. What used to be free is now $250 a year which exceeds its value. You can just keep a file of receipts and in the slim chance you will need one just dig through the pile. You can do a ot of digging for$250
