Joe and the team at Soundwaves installed an automated set of double tracks for sheers and drapes. It was nearly impossible to find someone who could work with the existing drapes, which are almost 18’ long and 18 feet wide. Joe instantly understood the situation and worked with me to identify the right Lutron solution. The result is a beautiful automation that integrates with my home app to provide voice activation. It is not often that I engage a contractor to work in my home who I have not either used before or was referred to by a friend who's had an excellent previous experience. Austin from SoundWaves fielded my inquiry and visited my home and made excellent suggestions in regards to installing a home theater system. He was sensitive to our budget and developed a scope of work and sourced equipment that was installed beautifully! The technicians were courteous and respectful and we could not be happier with our purchase. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for A/V or home automation!

The company is just the BEST ever - the work they do is perfect. We have an older set of large shades (11 foot floor to ceiling windows all along the living/dining room, with motors installed fifteen years ago failing. SoundWaves have replaced most of them without any problems, and returned without charge to re-set a large frame that covers the shades. They organized everything, made arrangements with the building superintendent to come in, fixed the frame and we're now just perfect with our set of useful shades. We've used SoundWaves for several years and have found them to be just right every time they helped us.
