I worked for this agency’s client in Santa Clara, CA as a Hardware Engineer, and unfortunately my experience was not positive. During my time there, I felt there was noticeable favoritism in the workplace, which made it difficult for others to succeed. I was hired as a Hardware Engineer but was frequently asked to perform tasks outside my role, including inventory work, coordination, setting up systems, lifting heavy equipment, delivering equipment using my personal car, and helping with various unrelated tasks while others were not expected to do the same. The responsibilities did not match the position I was hired for, and overall the work environment did not feel fair or supportive.

We had them do a small job because their offshore rates were quite low. Well, we got what we paid for - a complete disaster. Now we have to review/fix all their work because they didn't bother to follow the clear specifications they were given.

They are working hard to move up the food chain. The solution show case they have is one of the best in the industry. Must experience for any of the futuristic companies.
