From first contact to implementation has been a great experience. The first gentleman who reached out to me was very patient and understanding of my busy schedule. I rescheduled on him multiple times and he never once lost his patience or got aggravated with me. The sales call went well and Birdeye had everything I was looking for. They were even willing to work on the price for me.. As a small family owned business, this was very important to me as I don’t have a huge marketing budget. Implementation and training with Rikita has been a great experience. All of the on boarding was easy to understand and the software is easy to use and I now feel like I have a great tool to help me with all the various side jobs of business owner has to do nowadays to maintain Presence online. 2012 this business was founded it provides AI powered platforms for managing online presence and customer experience. I checked with customer service to ask if consumers can leave customer reviews and was told its only for business owners and was recommended to Google and yelp . I was able to add the nyc mayors office to this site for reviews.

Birdeye has been great so far. Itishri made the on boarding process easy and once finally finished we have been seeing the reviews flow in. Our patients are writing paragraphs about our Dental office and staff. With Birdeye AI it has been seamless to respond to all our reviews in a fast and professional way. Birdeye will be a great tool for our online masses.

The services promised were not delivered as represented, including the absence of expected reviews. We attempted to cancel the agreement before the 90-day cancellation period but were informed that cancellation required a meeting. That meeting was repeatedly postponed by the company until after the 90-day window had passed. The company then charged $5,400 and denied a refund, stating the cancellation deadline had been missed, despite the delays being outside our control. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
