Regent5 - Smart Home Automation, Savant, Control4, Ketra, and Lutron Dealer

We had a bad experience working with Regent5. I don't often write reviews, but feel like I have to give others a heads up. They are overpriced, which we know since we've ended up installing all the lighting and electrical solutions we had planned to do with Regent5 at lower costs with other providers. However, the main reason we switched from them was not cost; it was that they were not listening to what we wanted and were highly unresponsive. When you think you are dealing with a higher-end provider, you expect pretty decent service, but that's not the case with Regent5, unfortunately.

My experience with Regent 5 has been very positive. When we moved to a new house they set up our internet, televisions, cable, and alarm system. They are professional and do the job as promised. Subsequent service on our alarm system has been excellent. They shown up on time, explain what they are doing and make sure the job is completed to my satisfaction before leaving. I highly recommend them.

Regent 5 has helped us manage Audio Video Installations for over 10 years. The team is VERY knowledgeable, and I highly recommend them - even when integrating legacy systems with new products. They have also been responsive when we have had issues requiring a timely repair.

Techs from Regent5 installed a new (replacement) wall-mounted 77" TV and a powered subwoofer in our living room, as well as a new (replacement) 42" TV and soundbar in our bedroom. The installation was done very competently and efficiently, including updating software for the new equipment on our universal remote control. We have used Regent5 several times to install and upgrade our home theater system, always with great results. They follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. What I find most convenient about Regent5 is their breadth of services. They cover everything from electrical services, audio video, smart home automation, to IT and computer support. They've done a lot of work at our place, like fixing and updating the gate access control systems, redoing a lot of the electrical wiring and decorative lighting, home theater system makeovers, and updating our Lutron Radio Ra lighting systems to the latest Lutron Homeworks version. They've also installed landscape sound systems, outdoor TVs, and did a complete overhaul of our WiFi and networking components. On top of that, they put in Lutron motorized shades, integrated our Savant Home Automation system, and gave our landscape and interior lighting a complete LED lighting makeover. The Regent5 team is professional, easy to talk to, and they know their stuff. I highly recommend them without hesitation as a home integration company and electrical contractor.
