Absolute nightmare to deal with. They started off decent and it has only gotten worse. We cancelled our subscriptions back on October 31st, yet they continue to bill us like we have active users. We asked for read only - they continue to send bills like we are active users. Would not recommend to any therapy group.

Our office has used WebPT for the last 13 years. They were a good partner for the first 7 years. The last 6 years have been a street fight. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this failing business or they will take you down as well. Customer service is non-existent. Every 18 months, they put in a little effort. Only to drop the ball. Claims are not processed, payments are not updated, they do not follow up on denials and the "team" is unavailable or off shore. WebPT put our office out of business.

WebPT was amazing years ago and admittedly went through a bit of a rough spell in recent years. In the last year we have recognized a recommitment to returning to the best of their former service. We have had discussions with high level individuals that have made the connection to the right people to correct things that were not working efficiently. They listened, they responded and they made improvements. Speed has improved and stability has improved. They made a commitment in the last year to make improvements and I feel they are moving in the right direction. We are sticking around and am glad that we seem to be beyond the rough patch with them. In the long run, they have been wonderful partners.

Customer service or support team answer the phone only when selling you something, after sale no answer no matter whatever. If they sell you something and didn't work, they never gives full refund after several months or years of trying and then may refund couple of months or may not.

We switched EMRs because we wanted to have the billing process more streamlined. It took Webpt 3 weeks to deliver our data and they lied on 2 occasions. They stated that the delay was due to a third party that was responsible for the collection/packaging/transfer of the records. We received all of our patient data on 8/8/25 but yet it was time stamped 7/30. If you are thinking about leaving, do as much prep work as you can so you don't get stranded .
