Trapp Technology

I have used Trapp for my Cloud services for 15 years with several ups and downs over that time (including them losing all services on April 15th; we are an accounting/tax firm). Today, after asking them to add 10GB to my storage, Latoya (rep) said she could "clean" my C: and save space. I, of course, said "YES", as their storage prices add up considerably. She then asked if I used QuickBooks 2021 and 2023. I responded stating that the only QuickBooks program we use is the . . . (I listed the exact name of our 2024 QB program) . . . and then stated that I don't see those QB files on my side. She stated, "We'll take care of it!". Next thing I know is she removed ALL my Drake Tax programs (we had 3 years on our server). I chatted with them afterwards (you CAN'T call anymore) and was told it was MY fault that they removed the Drake Tax programs and the only way to put them back on was to perform a restore. I questioned this several more times and was told that Drake Tax cannot be put back on any other way. An hour and a half later, I was sent a message through the server asking me to have everyone stop working and log off the server. Three and a half hours after this, we discovered they had removed EVERYTHING that had been done to the restore point which was 2 1/2 days ago! So I paid my team for their work the past 2 1/2 days just to have it all erased and they now have to input everything again. And Trapp sent a message asking to have everyone stop and log off?? They KNEW we were working the entire time and never mentioned that everything was going to be erased?! I thought they were just going to restore the Drake files back! I'm not a IT specialist but this was VERY disappointing. Then Sal (manager) said that I was rude because I told him that they never expressed any empathy for our situation they put us in, any apology for their mistake, nor any compensation for all the work my company will be paying out to duplicate all transactions for 2 1/2 days. I will NOT be using them anymore. Since they changed their structure a few years ago, it has been horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have always had superb service from all the representatives I've been in contact with at Trapp Technology. Each of them is very willing to give 100% In solving any issues that arise. They even resolve issue I periodically have with Quick Books which I am most grateful for. I cannot say enough positive things about Trapp Technology and their employees. Thank you so much!

My experience today with Trapp services was top notch! My concerns were addressed with positivity and resolved with an I Can Help attitude. Additional steps were taken to provide a quicker way to access Trapp was provided and a genuine sincerity was expressed by the representative to make sure I was pleased with my work request. Thank you!

Trapp and their technicians are great! I've only had a few issues and they have resolved them every time. Questions? They have you covered. And you can understand the person you are speaking to. Highly recommend Trapp Technology. Even their chat support function is awesome. Got me right in to the system.

Have been a satisfied customer with Trapp for many years and continue to be impressed with their performance, particularly the quality of their people and customer service. While this may not come across as PC, it's great to be served by someone in real time that I can understand and understands me! The wait times are also a testament to either their competency as a business, or their efficiency or willingness to invest to the support numbers required. As a customer I feel that they value our business!
