Trainual is a great product. It really is a great digital training platform. The company is also outstanding. Everyone who works there is at the top of their game, and they are just amazing to work with.

We started using them in 2019 and it got us started on building an online training platform to use with our workers but over time we found that other platforms like thinkific had more functions and versatility. I was honestly a little stunned that they took out a series B for that much given the way it compares to other platforms (nothing unusually better or different from what's already out there, they were even missing a few commonly available functions when we were using them; AND we are now paying comaratively less for the volume we are doing). On the other hand, they appear to improve with time, much like us....and if that continues they'll win us back and probably win over more of the online training market. I recommend them if you are starting out with training online; i.e. courses, schools, internal training etc. but not if you are deep in the game and need a more savvy system. For remote workers there are a number of dialer/crm's that include a training platfrom in their system; and it serves the same purpose when it comes to training your own people: and for like 1/10th the price; since its bundled with a remote dialer and crm...

We had a mess with our training documents and templates. Trainual has made a huge different in our productivity and organization. Their customer service is second to none! Love it.
