IT/Support is horrendous. Our resort has been without phones for 26 hours and I called from my cell to follow up and they had closed the ticket! No phones still! When I spoke with their level 1 support they told me the issue was resolved! It hasn’t been! And no manager or supervisor will speak to us. We haven’t been able to make calls or receive them for 26 hours. That is lost revenue and income! Horrible company. Would NOT recommend Crexendo in any capacity.

It took over 3 months to even set up text messages. Horrible support, you create a ticket through them virtually, they send pre recorded responses, and then say the most ridiculous solution. For me I am still getting text notifications from clients that have already been read a week ago and the solution gave to me was to just delete my conversation every time I am done Also the lady that sold me on this told me that since I was a nonprofit that crexendo always cuts bonus checks for those organizations. Yeah that never happened. Had a friend recently try to cancel with this service and they switched their phone number and now they have car wraps with wrong phone numbers. We both tried to cancel but said if we did, we lose the service and they will continue to charge us. Please avoid this company and research other options. I would rather be back in Iraq during the invasion than deal with this shady group.

Beware! It seems that customer service is not a priority at this company. We have been a long time customer of Crexendo. We recently upgraded our phones. We purchased 9 Phones, 2 Wireless headsets and signed a 5 year contract. One of our headsets stopped working so I contacted support. The support team was very proficient at trouble shooting the issue. After numerous phone calls and emails, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer and deal with them. I ask if they would simply replace the headset and my request was denied. It seems that customer service is not practiced by everyone at this company. Is it wrong to think replacing this item would be the right thing to do?

Nothing but a headache. Phone stopped working. Hours on calls with support and no resolution. Over a month without our business phone. The sales person who got us into this is avoiding us. The cancellation process is ridiculous. Nobody knows who I should talk to but all them can shoot off irrelevant policy and contract jargon. I wish I could get paid for the time I've wasted because of how awful this company is.

I am very tough and picky on who I use for my phone service. Crexendo proved to me they were the best. A very good price but, more then that I manage 8 businesses across the country and I needed great call quality. My sales staff makes a lot of phone calls. I went with their Crexendo phones and love them. Support and training made my life easier. Feel free to email if you want to know more. I never take the time to write a review but, this company keeps their word. I would tell my own family and friends look no further and only deal with Crexendo. Thank you again!
