I had high expectations for my call with Mark, especially given his role as a sales coach. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. During our discussion, it seemed that Mark took my feedback on his sales pitch quite personally and responded in a manner that felt like an attack on my character. While I understand the importance of vetting clients and recognizing when there might not be a fit, the level of professionalism was not what I anticipated. This interaction left me seriously questioning whether someone who reacts this way should be teaching sales techniques to others. It's a critical consideration for anyone in a mentorship or leadership position.

The Sales Insight Lab Training has been great for me so far. I have been in a sales role now for a few years with very little sales training. In the last month through this training, I have noticed a big change in my meetings. My meetings now are conversations a lot of feedback and questions from clients, were before it was just me presenting. I still have a long way to go, and the program has many more tools I have not yet taken advantage of, but through the support the Sales Insights Team offers I have no doubt I will get there.
