already 2026, and Creo is still so hard to use—especially the sketching interface in Creo 11. It's terrible

Corporate account was compromised from within PTC. Their "support" team kept closing the tickets saying we needed to BUY their support plan to get help! So useless it's laughable, just like the software. Hate to see how you handle your smaller accounts. This company is not going to make it.

3D Software from the 80s that constantly crashes and is incredibly user unfriendly. Get SolidWorks.

Very capable software, but the support is terrible. The online training is inadequate. I called customer service three times today for information about training and was disconnected each time after wading through layers of menus. I was even disconnected after telling the operator that I had been disconnected. I sent three email requests through the website for help finding training and received no response other than an email with a link to their online training booklet which was characteristically totally NOT-user friendly nor helpful. I have been using Creo now for 4 years. My company spends beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup $s on licenses every year, and is willing to pay for me to get training. But apparently the folks at corporate are too busy patting themselves on the back to bother providing the kind of support expensive software should have. Shame on you. Your team is obviously technically intelligent enough to create some amazing software, but from my perspective severely lacking in emotional intelligence when it comes to dealing with users. Today just happens to be the day that I was annoyed enough to post a review. It seems that expecting someone to answer the phone is just setting the bar a bit too high for the folks in Needham.
