I had an issue recently with my PDFfiller subscription that needed resolution. The service team responded immediately to my request for help and resolved the issue completely to my satisfaction. It's great to know that there are still companies that really care about adding value to their customer's lives and who don't merely bow to maximizing profit to the exclusion of everything else. Excellent customer service. I forgot to cancel my subscription, contacted support, and they processed my refund quickly. Although I don’t need the service right now, I’ll definitely use pdfFiller again if I do in the future.

If I could put negative stars I would. Despite customer service assuring me via email on Dec 1 that they cancelled the subscription that 1) I never signed up for and 2) they made it impossible to cancel online, they just tried to hit my account again for $103. Stay away from these liars and thieves

I was truly upset when I realized that I purchased a PDFiller plan that I wasn't ready to purchase at this point in time. After communicating with the support team, my concerns were immediately addressed, and my money was refunded. I'm thankful for the help that I received.

The customer service people are great. They gave great options on how to fix my account. The program worked well. I would I have liked the info I put in to show up a little better but it still worked well.
