We, very recently, had the pleasure of acquiring RMS Associates for our phone system after experiencing several, several, issues with our previous system and since we were already using RMS as our IT Team, we decided to give them a try. It has proved to be the best decision we could've made. Experienced very minimal glitches which are to be expected anyway, with transitioning to any new system, but nothing their wonderful team couldn't handle. Thanks to their technician, Jonathon, who came to put the new system in place and assist with setting up the voicemails, greetings and explaining the mobile app, it was just extremely easy and user-friendly. I can't speak highly enough......GREAT TEAM!!

Since 2001, Freshens Corporate has partnered with RMS to provide IT services when the scope of our issue was outside the limitations of our in-house IT person. About two years ago, we made the decision to outsource all of our IT needs to RMS. Our team loves the level of service they provide. No problem is too small and communication is kept at a level that even our non-technical staff members can understand.

Our firm has been using RMS for the better part of a year now and we continue to be impressed with the prompt response time and the level of expertise they provide. My office has been relying on RMS for IT services for about a year. Our server downtime has been zero. The occasional desktop or laptop issue is resolved quickly. Communication about forthcoming updates is on time for planning. RMS responds quickly and even solves our smart phone issues. They keep us working.
