I would give zero stars if I could. I tried multiple times to reach the office to reschedule for an earlier date — I called several times and emailed with no response. When I finally spoke with Alexis, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to listen. She even claimed I hadn’t emailed them at all, even after I showed proof of both my calls and emails. I also noticed many reviews saying how nice and helpful Alexis is, but that was definitely not my experience. The way I was treated did not match those reviews at all. Thankfully, I already have a permanent job, because this agency showed a complete lack of professionalism and communication.

Alexis has a great human resources experience. She thoroughly explained any questions I ask her today. Her reception to me today was fantastic and awesome. Alexis keep on doing like what you are doing now and your reward will come from God.

If you are ever looking for a reputable employment company with a great history of helping the community by providing work, this is the place. They have locations almost in every state. That should say alot about the company. As long as you want to work they will have work for you. No they do not discriminate on felons. Most of the companies will hire you if you are a excellent employee. Keep up the good work Automation Personnel.
