Springbot

My experience with Springbot has been great! I purchased the app about a month ago and I feel it has been a great investment. Paige, Lindsay, and the design team have been great to work with and have been super helpful with setting all the features up. I feel that Springbot truly cares about its clients and cares about making my business more successful.

We have been working with Springbot for the past 6 months. I have nothing but positive feedback. The platform is great and easy to use. We are excited to see where Springbot can help take us over the next year! I know it sounds cheesy but email campaigns and newsletters have really given our business exactly what it needed to set us apart from competitors. The staff is also phenomenal. My Springbot dedicated advisor has been amazing. She has assisted in creating ads and e-mails that have increased my traffic as well as my sales. My latest e-mail campaign resulted in over a 40% open rate and my overall sales have increased 49% over last year. I’m excited to continue my e-commerce journey with them.

I have been with Springbot for almost a year and would highly recommend the platform and service. Since I switched from Mailchimp, my email list has doubled, my open rates have improved and monthly sales have steadily increased. Out of the gate, there is absolutely work to do to get things set up and they don't sugar coat that. While much of the onboarding was smooth - we had a few obstacles to work through, and I'm thankful my Success Manager kept me up to date as we resolved anything that came up, and was proactive with her outreach and recommendations to get the most out of the platform.

Great tool with excellent customer service. We've seen tremendous success in our triggered email campaign - specifically with people who have left items in their cart and exited without purchase. We've converted over 6% of the individuals who receive this email with about 60% of them being new customers. On top of that, we've engaged with several customers who expressed their concerns (the reason for not completing the purchase), and we've made several improvement based on those conversations. This is just one of many tools that Springbot offers and I highly recommend you give it a try.
