The appointment to set up the service was rescheduled four times without any notification. I was then charged €199 for a missed appointment, despite being home all day with the windows open, living on the ground floor, no one came. The technician finally showed up at the same address during the rescheduled visit, clearly proving there was no address issue. I've received contradictory information from one day to the next, and there's no transparency regarding my contract or subscription: I haven't received a copy of the contract, and there's no documentation available in my online account. Customer service is unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for these errors. Their processes are confusing, unfair, and borderline abusive. I strongly recommend avoiding this provider unless they make serious improvements.

Version upgrades have never taken longer than 2 hours, making this activity a non-event compared to past upgrades with Hyperion. Having Consolidations/Reporting and Budgeting/Forecasting in one application saves countless hours by eliminating the need to transfer data from one system to another and, of course, the reconciling that goes with that.
