My small business would be offline and dated if it were not for the great people who work at Known Host. I've been with them for years, and over this time I have gotten to know the support staff via ticketing systems. With most companies, you probably never see the same agents name again in another ticket; but not at Known Host. They are able to retain their support staff for years. That says a lot. Tech support is a hard job. I'm thankful to the staff, company and services they provide. They certainly under promise and over deliver.

Exceptional support team from KnownHost. If you know nothing about making your own website or blog or whatever, this support team will absolutely save you. They're very knowledgable, very friendly, and very timely in their responses. Also, the features that KnownHost offers are numerous and the control panel for your website(s) is all very orderly and sensible. If you're debating between hosts, absolutely choose KnownHost. I can't imagine I would've had an easier or better experience with the other hosts I was debating choosing.

Nobody has the level of customer support like KnownHost. I always tell people that if they want a hosting company that has the best trained and knowledgeable support techs, KnownHost is it! Sure, other cheaper hosts offer phone support ... but their techs are just phone guys who known nothing. Their support is usually worthless. I don't mind the ticket system that KH uses because you guys are SO FAST at responding and your agents are usually super knowledgeable at managing the servers. Truly The BEST! Totally 5 Stars!
