Automation is a wonderful place to go if you're looking for work. Amanda is one of the best there. Cordial and competent. Industrious would be a understatement as to how hard she worked to get me a good paying job with great benefits!!! I give five stars!!!!! And highly recommend Ms Amanda

This establishment does not reflect or respect the presence of Black people. You won’t see us represented in positions of influence — only in positions of silence. The decision-makers here are white women who operate without awareness or concern for the Black experience. They speak as if our struggles are self-inflicted, as if our pain is our own doing. Meagan, who works there, shows no care for Black lives or the daily realities we face. The assignments they give lead to workplaces controlled by white men who only welcome the kind of Black man who bows his head and bites his tongue. But let me be clear — we are not here to be silent. We are not here to simply “take what we’re given.” We are here to be respected, to be valued, and to be seen as equal human beings. Justice means more than a paycheck. It means dignity, fairness, and truth.
