I'm a full-time home inspector and I use AI in my reports to provide detailed information on the various systems, how they operate, as well as to provide detailed information and repair recommendations for various deficiencies. I've tried many AI systems, ChatGPT, Claude, etc., they're pro subscriptions are all quite expensive. Ninja, on the other hand, is very reasonable. Not only that but their system utilizes all the various AI engines to come up with the best solution. Their support is also amazing, there were glitches at the beginning, but their rapid support corrected everything in little time. I can't express how impressed I am. Best AI system, best support staff, and best prices. Don't bother anywhere else, if you're looking for pro-level AI, this is your only option.
