Drew was very professional and courteous. He worked with me in trying to resolve the VPN issue and offer to follow up. He did indeed follow up; the issue was resolved and additionally helped me resolving other issues. I appreciate especially the follow-up on a ticket. In my experiences other companies say they will follow up on an issue and it doesn't happen. Drew and other Miles Technicians, in my experience, are seriously working in solving an issue and definitely do follow up, even if it means extra time. I appreciate the service that Miles Tech Support always provide!

As my business grew over the years, so did the number of people, computers, printers and need for servers. If it were not for Miles IT, we would have had to hire an inhouse IT person and we did not have the money for that. It was a growing pain, I could not handle the IT work anymore and still have the time to run my business. Miles took that responsibility and ran with it. I have used MIles Technologies many times. Every time, the customer service is outstanding! There may be a short wait while you are getting directed to the Technical Support for your company. The Technical Support Technicians are easy to talk to and understand your issues, even if you are not that "technical savvy". They are also very good at addressing the issues and explaining and making sure that you are comfortable with resolving the issue or any questions. They are very professional.

I have been dealing with Miles IT for some time, since choosing them as our IT Company. They always handle the issues that arise in a friendly and professional manner, and are a pleasure to deal with. Their knowledge of most, if not all situations is a blessing when problems arise.
