Beyond20

I recently completed the ITIL training and exam May 2017 at Beyond20's new location on G Street. The office space is newly remodel. David, the instructor, was beyond knowledgeable and able to teach in a way that didn't make you feel like you were being blasted by 300+ slides. I will definitely look to attend more courses at Beyond20. I live in DC and it is a very convenient 1 block walk from the Metro Center metro stop. David taught the information well enough for me to pass the exam so I couldn't ask for much more than that but they offered a few little frills such as great coffee, bottle water, pens, baked breads, and fruits.

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin Jones and the Beyond20 team. Kevin was professional, engaging, and shared valuable industry insights. His use of technology and video made the course interactive and effective. The materials arrived on time, and I feel well-prepared for the ITIL 4 exam. Definitely worth the investment!

We just had 43 people (2 consecutive classes of 21-22 people each) take the ITIL v4 Foundations course through Beyond20. Erik Flora was an excellent instructor, and worked with us to tailor the ITIL content to adapt to our real life circumstances at the Michigan Supreme Court IT Dept. Having the class in person created a lively and engaging environment where we came together around our common purpose in the context of learning the ITIL best practices. Beyond20 has a unique set of practices/activities they use in class to keep students engaged and learning. Erika provided us with a plethora of resources to help prep for the certification exam, and our pass rate has been high. Outside of the ITIL training, Beyond20 has also been a great partner for some ITSM tool upgrades we needed help with. I highly recommend Behyond20 for your training and consulting needs!

This company is fantastic to work with for training and certifications. I recently took the ITIL 4 Foundations course and Beyond20 made the entire process a breeze. Grace handled all the logistics and made sure I was well-prepared and knew what to expect. My instructor, Kevin, was amazing! He was engaging and made the material intriguing. He ran activities to help commit key concepts to memory. I passed my exam and am certain that it has everything to do with me being able to get top notch training from true professionals. Kevin Jones was an amazing instructor for Portland State's ITIL4 foundation training. He connected course concepts to ideas and pathways we use in our department, was passionate about teaching, and brought enthusiasm the entire time. Despite it being such a long training, he did his best to keep things intersting.
