Kryterion has by a wide margin the worst online test taking experience that I've ever had. The support team is nice but entirely unhelpful just running through the same checklists over and over before throwing you back in to waste another 30 minutes of your time getting thrown out of an exam because their software isn't working. Over two hours just trying to start an exam for a certification, and at this point I'm considering just waiting until WebAssessor drops Kryterion as a test provider and taking my proctored exam at that time.

⭐ 1 Star (If I could give 0, I would!) AVOID KRYTERION AT ALL COSTS! This is the worst online proctoring service I have ever encountered. Their system is completely unreliable, and their customer support is incompetent. I attempted to take an exam, and their glitchy software locked me out before I could even start. My secondary camera displayed a black screen, and the main exam screen greyed out the "I'm Ready" button, preventing me from continuing. Kryterion's own support admitted this was a glitch, yet they made me wait almost 3 HOURS before finally saying I could continue. After all that, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility and refused to provide any refund or retest. This is a scam-like operation that takes your money and leaves you stranded with no accountability. A simple Google search will show DOZENS of similar complaints about their terrible system. Unfortunately, Google still allows them to handle certifications, but I strongly warn anyone considering a Google exam via Kryterion—DON’T DO IT! You’re risking your time, money, and a valuable career opportunity on a company that doesn’t care about test-takers. If I could give negative stars, I would. Kryterion is an absolute disgrace. Stay far away! 🚨

This is the most non user friendly proctor site I’ve ever used. I’ve tried three times now with the same result at $50 US. I’ve used two different laptops one Windows based the other Mac based. Was told it was the hospital network and to write at home. Surprise surprise … same result …. web page based exam that won’t go past the launch page. Their online chat is useless. They offer no useful technical support as your stress is off the ticker trying to connect on a time line of one and a half hours. Every single operator at our hospital experiences grief wether at work at at home trying to launch this exam through this site so buyer beware!!!! If you are trying to write your MDRAO exam you may want to consider the CSA course instead (the route I am probably going to have to take)

I was taking my Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant exam remotely when Kryterion suddenly suspended it, claiming I had a filter on. I had no idea any filter was active, and instead of helping me resolve the issue, the live support during the exam was completely unhelpful. After exiting the exam, I reached out to Kryterion support again, hoping they could help me reschedule. But I was told they couldn’t do anything because there were no available slots. I was already in the middle of the exam, and instead of being assisted, I was just shut out. It’s frustrating that their system flagged something I wasn’t even aware of, and rather than providing any solution or flexibility, I’m left with no way to finish the certification. Extremely disappointing experience for something as important and time-sensitive as a professional exam.

This is by far the worst service provider for exams in the world why Google uses them instead of Pearson I’m not sure no communication from the agents no support just bad service and the horror stories with at home proctoring goodness they deserve negative stars not just one
