The reason we like it is that on the few occasions we've had to get in touch we've been given bespoke help within minutes which is always followed up to make sure they've delivered on our requirements - and two years later we've got no need or intention to go anywhere else. So far credit pros has made my score go up with just my first payment although when I was approved for a credit line ... all the facts weren't given so, I decline the credit line but over all we're making progress with credit. Hopefully they succeed with getting most of the delinquency off my credit cause by these reviews ... I don't want to take no one to court.
