Mike did a fantastic job of fixing my broken Control 4 system. He arrives exactly on time and completes his work quickly in the most efficient way I have ever seen! He is so considerate while in my home. I just can't say enough good about him! He has experience above any kind of technician I have ever used with all of my electronics. Before leaving he made sure I knew how to use the new remote that is slightly different with the Control button no longer in use. He did show me that my speakers are no longer giving me the bass or sound quality I should have. He is getting me a quote and date that he can come back to install them. We look forward to his return!
