I called Echelon Technologies to see if they could mount a couple of TV’s for me in my new place. They answered right away, got me scheduled promptly and got my TV’s mounted hassle free. Dylan was very respectful with the way he handled things and took great care of me. Highly recommend them for various different types of tech install.

After a week of frustration with my internet constantly dropping — including multiple visits and equipment upgrades from Cox and several support calls with ASUS — Ashton from Echelon was the only person who actually got to the root of the problem. He returned my call promptly, came out the very next day, and within a few hours had my entire network back up and running stronger than ever. Ashton was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure every part of the system was working perfectly. When everyone else shrugged and moved on, he solved it. I couldn’t recommend him or Echelon more highly — absolutely five-star service.

Echelon did a great job setting up our office conference room AV. Worked with Ashton, who was easy to work with and clearly knew his stuff. Clean install, everything works perfectly, and meetings run smoothly now. Would definitely recommend.
