We all think that we behave in learning simulations differently than we do in real life... we don't. Every facilitator I have personally engaged with (whether I was a participant or I was bringing them into my organization) created a psychologically safe space for people to observe their hardest learnings with a keen eye towards development.

DX led a training for my master’s program on psychological safety. Their facilitator was engaging but I was most impressed by the way the training was set up to gameify the lessons within the learning. It made the session one of my favorites I’ve ever attended, and something I still use talking points from in my work over 6 months later.
