We hired Digital Ninja to move our small organization from Outlook/Office 365 to Gmail/Google Workspace and it was a great experience. We tried to do it ourselves but are glad we ended up bringing in Digital Ninja to be sure the process was seamless and that we didn't lose any data. Our Digital Ninja, Xavier, provided clear guidance and communication throughout the process and was very responsive to all of our questions. Truly stellar assistance! Not only were they friendly, they were quick at responding and efficient! I was encountering a technical issue that I could not figure out. I emailed Digital Ninja over the weekend. They replied first thing Monday morning with a link to schedule a meeting. Tuesday morning I met with Adrian who troubleshooted until he solved the problem in less than an hour! Only problem is I wish I reached out weeks ago! But its fixed now. Thank you!!

Xavier and Digital Ninja are amazing. I had a Google Domain issue that I had been trying to resolve for the better part of a year and no one was able to help me- I was hitting a black hole with Google and was at a dead end, I did not know what to do. A colleague who had previously worked with Digital Ninja referred them to me. I could not be happier. Xavier was patient and he dug into the problem and he was able to figure out a work around. He was extremely patient with me and I can not tell you how much of a giant weight he was able to lift off my shoulders. The personal touch was amazing.
