We had a great experience upgrading a dated system in our home. We had the goal of simplifying things (fewer inputs than needed before, less centralized switching) and updating our Control4 system and remotes. James was our consultant/sales person, and heard what we needed and perfectly designed a system with the team there. Communication was clear, options were presented in a straight forward way, and everything moved quickly. Installers were top notch, and Jon (maybe head of the technical side) masterfully took care of a couple little quirks we noticed in the first days after the installation. Could not have gone better in our opinion.

Mike at Digital Systems & Integration rescued my smart home update. I paid another company $13k+ to update my home only to have the money stolen, never to hear from the company again. I was referred to Mike and Digital Systems by my alarm guy. Through trial and error, i''ve learned to always get referrals from other experts in the business. My home was a very a difficult project. I had 12 year old AV equipment run on an outdated Crestron platform. Mike and his staff immediately went to work updating my system and integrating Control4 so that everything now runs relatively seamlessly. Some of the products they recommended are light years better than what the prior company suggested. For example, the C4 door station (doorbell) looks so much more sophisticated than the Door Bird the prior company attempted to install. Works better too. We now have streaming HD to 4 TV's, home theater, excellent WiFi, whole home audio, integrated alarm, motorized shades, and a whole home smart lighting system. You can clearly see the care and pride they take in their installs. The mess of wires and electronics now looks sleek, organized and modern. See pic. We had 6 or so contractors in our home during our remodel, and I can honestly say Mike and Digital Systems was clearly one of the best and most reliable. Mike and his team are easy to contact and respond quickly to even the smallest questions that occasionally arise. My wife wanted to change a few buttons on the keypads, and they changed them out for free. Very nice. Clearly, I can't say enough good things.
