I have only good things to say about the team at CyberMetrics! Rachel went so far above and beyond to help us get our data imported into GageTrak. It was truly a pleasure working with Rachel and Jodi the whole way through. Also, in the pre-sales phase I had a question about a silent installer which was escalated all the way to the CTO, who helped me find a solution. Amazing team to work with. I've been using Gagetrak for well over 13 years now and I just recently upgraded to Gagetrak 8. It is a completely new system for me with a lot of great new features. I required help with the transfer of all my gages. I was lucky enough to be paired up with Drew who was an absolute savior. Drew took all the time I needed to make the transfer was painless. Drew also explained the new key features and made sure everything was set up perfect. I could not have asked for a better technician. Moving forward I will always request Drew. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood the new system. I couldn't have done this without Drews help. Thank you Drew!!!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Rick Gonzalez numerous times over the course of the last 4 years. Rick was my original contact when we set up our GAGEtrak software. I am so impressed with his ability to explain to me what he is accomplishing during our calls. While I have not had any bad experiences with the Support Team, when Rick answers my call I know I will be in good hands. He is a real asset to Cybermetrics.

As a customer, I have had the pleasure of working with CyberMetrics team for over a year (2023-2024). During this time, CyberMetrics team has helped our company purchase, migrate data, and implement GAGEtrak at 7 factories. Throughout this project we occasionally experienced minor migration issues, all of which were handled and corrected by CyberMetrics within-the-day, allowing us to complete all projects ahead-of-schedule. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Rachel, who has provided a tremendous help to our endeavors. Rachel and I developed import sheets for our previous calibration language, allowing smooth migration at all remaining sites thus far. If you are looking for a corporate gage and calibration software, GAGEtrak is worth exploring, especially with it's SQL-based tables. No software or implementation is designed perfectly, and overall I have been extremely satisfied with the combined performance/customer support provided by CyberMetrics and GAGEtrak platform.

Wouldn't recommend their software. Has a tendency to break on a regular basis. Renewed our support contract on the hopes that maybe they had a version update to fix the issues, but no luck. Tech support took nearly an entire day to respond to my ticket and then told me that, "The next version of gagetrak will get rid of these problems". After they uninstalled and reinstalled everything, it worked until the PC was restarted. Then it had the same issue again. They are still using 32 bit and access. Supposedly there is a SQL option but tech support told me that the underlying software still uses access regardless. Simply unacceptable I'm not a new customer either, I've had these issues for years. Stay away!
