I normally do not write reviews for other companies as customer service in modern era is severely lacking. However, Document Technologies does not fall into this category. We previously used Cox as our local VOIP provider solely due to "Brand" name recognition. However, their service was far from professional. They essentially would require the user to make adjustments on their less than intuitive call tree platform. Not only was this a huge hassle, but their service team almost without exception was clueless about everything beyond thier own names. Skylar Parks at Document Technologies followed up with me regarding a 3 year old inquiry. She came back with an offer of better service and a better price. She teamed us up with Mike Green and we noticed an immediate contrast from our previous experience. Upon communicating with either Skylar or Mike, our requests are completed with no further interruption. They understand and can anticipate the needs of my business. This vendor is the epitome of amazing customer service. This company and team provide exceptional service and they routinely follow up to inquire about any improvements they can provide

Earlier this year, I switched from another IT company to Document Technologies. WHAT A BLESSING! We went from being ignored and assistance taking days. Having to go through the least knowledgeable techs at their company to finally get to talk to someone after a week who might be able to help Document Technologies has been totally different! From day one they have been helpful and FAST. They are fun to work and my entire office of 9 employees LOVES them. We had a copier delivered. Adrian and Tony the technicians took the old one and moved in new one. They also spent quality time to make sure that we were up and running on all computers. They were super friendly and very helpful! It made the transition smooth.

Your IT Support Admin, Michael Holman is an absolute blessing. He was the first contact I was given by the company I work for and I’ve yet to request for anyone else when opening a ticket. He puts up with me (and our office) requesting for even the simplest troubleshooting. I’m definitely not the most patient person but Michael has made even the worst IT issue days enjoyable and never keeps us waiting. Our entire office is very lucky to have him.

This team is amazing! Incredibly fast response time, vast knowledge of many industries, and experienced staff that are always kind and accommodating. They have been such a wonderful support system to our company. We wish we had started using them sooner. Highly recommended!
