I originally left a negative review because I felt the company was not responding to my genuine concern. They did reach out to me and resolved it in a fair manner so that's my fault for jumping the gun. I do wish I didn't have to send as many emails as I did to get a fair response but I guess sometimes persistence is necessary. The software works wonderfully and if you're looking for a easy to use platform to send video emails...they nailed it.

We had an awful experience with BombBomb. They auto-renewed our account without authorization, charging us thousands of dollars — not only for services we didn’t agree to, but also for features beyond what we were actually using. When we reached out for help, their support team was unhelpful and refused to adjust the billing. The lack of customer service and accountability is shocking for a company in this space. Instead of valuing their customers, they lock you into expensive renewals you never approved. We cannot recommend BombBomb to anyone and strongly advise reading the fine print before engaging with them.

I had a small issue where part of my user interface was not responding the way it should and I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Taylor and Julian and I loved how they handled my situation so much that I proposed marriage to both of them:) They were very engaged, approachable, kind, and **very** patient with me! They were extremely knowledgeable and after a little bit of experimentation they figured out exactly how to make my user interface a work of perfection. If I could give 100 stars I would! Great Job Taylor and Julian!!!!

I've been using BombBomb for my business for a number of years now and I love it today as much as I loved it when I first starting using it. The birthday and anniversary reminders are great and the ability to add video to my daily communications increases the engagement and connections made with clients. Customer service at BombBomb is excellent as well. Their team is very helpful when it comes to trouble shooting and it's obvious how much they value their clients. I would 100% recommend BombBomb to anyone who is looking to add that extra something to their business.
