Here's a hack for customers if you'd like your IT issues to actually be handled in a timely fashion, REQUEST PRESTON! I've had to work with some truly underwhelming staff to get my on going issue fixed but Preston resolved my email issue. He was professional, kind, quick and thorough. 5 stars for him.

We requested help from SimpleWorks to assist with the transition from our old Internet service to a fiber optic service. Preston was on hand through the process and was able to quickly assist with the switch and to verify that it was successful. He didn't rush out the door when his primary task was completed, and he waited to ensure that the technician from the fiber company had completed his work with the system. With IT not being a strong point for me, it was great to have Preston's experienced support!

Sent in the ticket, the task was to add email account to outlook, I could not track ticket with link they sent, so I could not see the changes and when they were made, created an appt for the following day (no other times were available), and the appt only took a few minutes. I have no complaints about the person how helped me, they did great and nice, but the process, this task should've taken 5 minutes and it was drawn out an entire day and a half.
