I have had the pleasurable experience of working with Kickr Design over the past year. As a first time innovator, the process can feel intimidating and be a tremendous task that requires fundamental knowledge to determine how to best bring your idea from a concept to a viable product. From my first meeting, it was apparent that I was amongst a room of specialists who demonstrated the expertise necessary to execute my project. Their commitment to the vision has been highlighted by their guidance, communication, and obvious engineering proficiency built around an extensive game plan to help bring my design to life. Really solid experience with Kickr Design. Aaron was easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and gave honest, helpful feedback on my product idea. Didn’t move forward due to budget, but I’d absolutely reconnect when the timing is right. 10/10 👌

I have NEVER written a negative google review. This is the first time I've felt frustrated/angry enough to do so. Truly the worst experience I've ever had working with a company. I had 3 separate project managers on my project over the span of several months. They kept leaving the company, which makes a lot of sense in hindsight based on my own experiences. I spent a very significant amount of money for a pretty elementary outdoor game (it was a glorified wooden suitcase design). No electronics, no special molding, just some wood, glue, screws, and hinges. They kept stringing me along, saying my retainer was running low and in the end I wasted a SIGNIFICANT (over 20k) amount of money. They schedule calls with you and then will bill you like a law firm for every 15 minutes of time spent on the phone. The icing on the cake was when they sent me the (close) to final product because they still weren't done and were still asking for more money it arrived in terrible condition. I have attached the pictures here. The fact they couldn't properly wrap it to protect it from damage after the ridiculous amount of money I spent was hard to comprehend. I have contacted my lawyer to see what, if anything, can be done to recoup some of the money they stole from me.

We worked with Kickr Design during the early stages of developing a prototype, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Aaron was absolutely wonderful to work with—he explained everything clearly, took the time to walk us through the process, and made us feel completely comfortable even though product design was new to us. While we ultimately didn’t move forward with Kickr for the final prototype, we were so impressed with their professionalism, and the genuine care they showed.
