Having explored numerous conversational AI platforms, I can confidently say that Workrr stands head and shoulders above the rest. Their intuitive interface and seamless user experience make it a joy to work with. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional support team. Scott, in particular, was a lifesaver. He was always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful in addressing our concerns. His expertise and dedication were instrumental in our success. All they do is use AI agents. Understood that is their business. But human connection will always be needed for tech support and customized service. You cannot get a hold of a person to talk to. Good luck signing up with them and getting stuck if you need to cancel because you cannot reach anyone

This company is abusing AI. They are nothing but harassing people with bots calling multiple times a day for months while you beg it to stop. They cannot transfer to a human. They never call you back when you reach out to them to beg them to stop... They are harassing and I feel like the only way to get them to stop is to file litigation. I have been subjected to months of calls by a bot. Many times multiple times a day. I have spoken with humans that promise to remove my number which only removes it for a couple weeks and then I get 1-3 calls a day again. They call you at all different hours of the day and it never stops!

I can't say enough about Scott and Shawn at Workrr. They have provided outstanding value to me and my little company. Way above and beyond in fact. Spending counless nights and weekends supporting my efforts and helping me to be successful. Best investment/relationship i could have made. Im looking forward to much more with them.
