What a wonderful experience our team had at The Ops Team Impact workshop led by Donna Dietrich and Melanie Benitez! It was so great learning about the behavioral styles of each team member and how we operate as a unit! Donna kept the workshop focused yet fun, she has such a great personality! Melanie was kind and really great at helping the team articulate their thoughts. I would absolutely recommend this work shop for any high performing team to learn more about themselves and each other and drive team communication and results! Thank you KYT!

The Know Your Talents program was an incredibly positive and empowering experience. It helped me gain clarity around my strengths and see my abilities in a whole new light.
