I've been using Webhosinghub since 2015 and am very satisfied. 24/7 customer service is very knowledgeable. You don't have to wait long and they're very forthcoming. If you're unhappy about the price increase after the discount period ends, call them before the end and ask them if they can make you a similar offer again for the period to come. They might just do that.

I don't like the fact that the company is not honest and transparent in their pricing. A sales representative placed an order for one year subscription, and after one year my pricing double in cost. The representative or the company did not disclosed this to me at all, until I received my credit card bill.

Used these clowns for a year. NEVER AGAIN! Piss poor customer service. They automatically charged my card for another year even though another rep said they'd credit me. I teach web classes & I'll be sure to tell all my students NOT to use this untrustworthy company. They seem to think their the only web hosting company out there. WRONG! Their service & customer support SUCKS. I would NOT recommend these clowns. Take your business elsewhere if you want quality.

Real dismal customer service. Actually rather pathetic. And they continued to charge my cc even when I requested I was no longer interested in their poor service after my 1 yr agreement was over. They will charge you a full year in advance then continue to charge you again and again. I went to SiteGround instead for my hosting. Absolutely awesome support & service. No down times. Very pleased. Take your business to SiteGround instead of these people & you'll be much happier. I don't recommend these people at all!

Cancelled years ago they continue to bill will be reporting to attorney general office no resolution from customer service they refuse to mail cancellation letter. On the phone right now as we speak they have me on hold for ever. Sorry I’m not going anywhere. Avoid Avoid Avoid
