Eastern Data is our go to IT Partner!! They can handle all of our service requests and they do a really nice job keeping our company up to date in the IT world. Any issues with computers, printers, internet providers, servers and so much more they are on stand bye and ready to help, there has only been a few time where they are super busy and it takes a couple extra hours to get to our service issue because they have a good amount of clients but for the majority of the time they are ready to go. They even will go the extra mile and do what every possible to get things working correctly, for example our internet and phones were not working correctly and they stayed after hours to get on a conference call with the phone provider, internet providers and our internal IT Manager to make sure all issue were resolved that day. They do a fantastic job keeping our company up and running. We are a company of over 200 employees and they do a good job handling all of our computer and IT issues. For any business small or large they are well equipped to handle any and all IT issues. 100% recommend this Company!

Amazing IT service. I can't say enough about the customer service we get from everyone there, Kristian, Chrissy, Everett , Kyle, to name a few. Whenever I call I am helped ASAP and they explain things to me in a manner I can understand. The sense of security I feel with knowing Eastern is keeping an eye on our business computers is more than I can express.

Worst IT company ever! Very racist. They steal from their clients. They will not reach out to you within a timely fashion. Whoever answering the phones very very rude, it’s disgusting. The owner can never be reached, nor the account managers. When I finally do hear from the help desk, they seem to make what ever issue I had worst. We our their biggest client and it takes days to hear back from them. I was told by the head of my IT that they should reach out within a certain time, which they never do. I do not recommend to anyone. They will send a email saying they are working on your ticket, and I won’t hear from them for days. That’s how they steal money. They change it as if they are working on it. So that way they won’t have to pay us, for not doing it for the time frame set
