I having nothing but wonderful things to say about NorthStar. I reached out to NorthStar when our organization was growing rapidly and we needed support in two ways: helping structure and streamline our project management office and additional program management support. NorthStar has so many valuable resources, it was easy for me to onboard the individuals I felt would bring the most impact to our group. Chris truly cares about his clients and builds strong client relationships. I was always able to speak with Chris candidly about any concerns and positive feedback I had to share. Chris was also very patient when circumstances in my organization would change, such as weeks of interviews only to lose funding for a role, or have little information to provide him as next steps. I had three members of Chris's organization provide long term support on my team and each invested themselves in being solid team players in a sea of full time employees. They actively engaged in additional support activities presented, consistently delivered quality work and always provided clear communication in all mediums. I wish I could have utilized more of the capabilities NorthStar has to offer, as I see the value they could bring to so many different domains of any enterprise.
