Did a VR study. They say they pay out gratuity in 7-10 days. Well, it's day 23 . I send email and phone call. All unanswered. I go in to headquarters. Man at front desk. "Did you check your spam folder." Yes Im not an imbecile. Man at front desk offers no real solution, says he will call somebody to help me out so I leave my email and phone number . This was 10 days ago.

It is so easy and safe to participate in a study with no physical contact with any other people, yet very clear instructions given by video and voice instructions. Everything was sterilized and sanitized and the pod I was in smelled like cleanser (in a pleasant way). I'd happily do this again.

The research study I did it was so easy but however I am still waiting for 120.00! We normally get it at the spot this year was different. I have been trying to get a hold of Sara through email she keeps telling me 5 to 7 days through an email. Not sure!! Very confusing

I went for a research today and I stayed there for 2 hours without having any human contact. They made a completely online system that works really well and I felt safe all the time, even when using the restroom.

Had a study here. Pleasant host, pleasant study, overall great experience. I would definitely recommend. Incentive was available to claim instantly (for me).
