Guru IT Services

This is an overdue review of Juliano and Guru IT services. We got a new laptop and had a terrible experience with Microsoft OneDrive. We thought we lost many important files when transferring from the old laptop to the new one. Juliano was able to recover what we thought was lost forever. Plus, he is a very nice person. We were comfortable having him in our home. I would recommend him for any of your IT problems.

Guru IT has done IT work for me and my business for years. They've built custom PCs for me, done troubleshooting on technical issues that were completely baffling to me, rebuilt our servers; the list is seemingly endless. The work stands out as beyond excellent, but what I appreciate most of all is how personable and positive they are. IT folks have a reputation for being either impersonal or downright rude. This couldn't be farther from the truth with them. They're easy to talk to, friendly, genuinely interested in helping us out and incredibly patient. It's SO rare to meet anyone in IT support that you look forward to working with, but I was lucky enough to find Guru IT.

Fantastic service. Juliano was very helpful and informative. He took pictures of everything while working on it and offered recommendations for upkeep. Price is competitive and you don't have to deal with the corporate stuff that might come with something like geek squad. Highly recommend!

Juliano was wonderful! He came out quickly, was very knowledgeable and professional, also warm and personable. He listened when I told him what was wrong and fixed my complicated (to me!) problem quickly. Afterwards he made sure I could continue on by having me test the solution for myself. I'll most certainly call him again!

Juliano was great to work with! I submitted an IT request through the Guru IT Service website and heard back from him within an hour. He quickly diagnosed my issue and explained to me the fix. Laptop was repaired quickly and is now running great!
