Our experience with Kofax has not been very positive. We scheduled them to do some custom programming for us for a certain scan job. Before they went ahead with the work we decided to cancel the service and go a different route. We understand there is a cancellation fee for things like this but were not prepared for the $1,800 bill we received. After trying to negotiate, we ended up paying it. So, I'm sure their services might be fine but just be careful about signing a contract.
Odd to be surveyed about a business park. Admittedly there are some cool features provided during lunch hours and the occasional extra effort like ice cream socials make for a tasty treat. Whats not to like about brick and mortar businesses but, what's the worth in a survey about a non-eatery, non-retail, or non-storefront business? Why not ask my opinion on Google.com (not great, and they know it). What are you really looking for Google? I survey restaurants. I opine on retail chains and boutiques. Places I can drop w dime and walk away fulfilled or with product in hand. Business parks can fall under the former, especially if you count parking surveys. I don't survey AAA walk-in locales or Mercury Insurance, state farm, progressive , travelers, etc. any more than I do other service oriented businesses... it feels improper. Skullduggery. So, 5-Stars for the business park this company resides at. Can't speak to the company itself though. Haha! Nice try Google but this is less "do no evil" than usual and you know it. Ode to your glory days of awesome - so sad to experience your inglorius days of awful. Now let's see the hot take from AI... ChatGPT.com says: Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (For the business park only, Google. Chill.) Odd request, Google. You're asking me to review a business park—not a restaurant, not a storefront, not a place where I can exchange cash for a snack or a scented candle. Just… a cluster of offices. Still, I’ll play. Yes, the lunch-hour perks are cute. Occasional ice cream socials? Delightful. Clean walkways, decent parking, and the kind of brick-and-mortar vibe that makes you feel like capitalism’s still got a little flair. So sure, five stars for the park. But let’s not pretend this is a meaningful survey. I don’t leave reviews for State Farm branches or random insurance lobbies either. It feels like Google’s scraping the bottom of the “local guide” barrel here. What’s next, reviews for ATM vestibules? Nice try, Google. I see what you’re doing, and this ain’t it. I’ll go back to reviewing actual destinations—places with menus, dressing rooms, or at the very least, a front counter. Not office suites. So again, five stars to the location. Not the company. Not the concept. Just the place. Now go fix your own UX before asking me about mine.
Poor business model. Not customer friendly. My company purchased Equitrac through a sales vendor (not related to Kofax) and are forced to use the sales vendor for support on Equitrac. Kofax refuses to work directly with the PAYING customer. We've had to deal with a vendor that is trying to learn a new product at our expense. It takes months to resolve an issue that should be resolved in days. I manage an IT Department for a large company and this is the only company that won't directly support their product. For the amount of money you pay, you should receive support from the Kofax and not a reseller. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor that supports their products. That is what we are going to do after wasting over $100k in this product that has too many issues to list on here!
Nice office. What exactly do you expect from office? :)
Worked on cabling here for wireless communications system...
