Great Company to work with. My team uses this Software on a daily basis. There is nothing compared to the speed, efficiency and ease of access that Togal.AI provides. Togal.AI is one of the only companies that actually listens and accepts feedback from users, and is working daily to make things right! After switching from Plan Swift, there is no way I would ever desire to go back to any other Takeoff Software!

I've been using Togal.Ai for over a year now and have been very pleased with it. Overall I save a lot of time with this software compared to other platforms that I have used previously. I particularly like that it is cloud based so I can access my takeoffs or perform new takeoffs from multiple computers or locations, ie. home office, on the road, etc. Also the AI feature of auto naming and auto numbering all the plans saves me a bunch of time compared to having to do it manually. On commercial jobs the files are large and include a lot of sheets so this allows me to pretty quickly dial into which sheets I need to be focused on while doing a takeoff. Also, the smart search tool and Chat features are pretty cool where i can ask the AI to show me a particular scope and it does a good job of summarizing what is on the project. This feature saves me a bunch of time clicking and scanning each and every page. There is room for improvement and I look forward to seeing what features are added down the road, but in its current form it is well worth it and saves me a bunch of time in the bid process.

Their support team is outstanding—we can always reach a real human whenever we have questions or requests, and they’re consistently responsive and helpful.
