I’ve been very impressed with iTRUST AI Optical and Optometry Cloud EHR Software. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to manage patient records, scheduling, billing, and inventory all in one place. The AI‑powered features, like faster charting and real‑time diagnostic insights, save a tremendous amount of time and reduce errors. Communication tools built into the system also make it easy to stay connected with patients. What stands out most is how seamlessly everything works together — instead of juggling multiple systems, iTRUST provides a single, reliable solution tailored for eye care professionals. It’s clear the software was designed with practices in mind, and it truly streamlines daily workflows. Highly recommended for any clinic looking to modernize and simplify their operations.

Software has performance issues. Communications with the team have been terrible and no updates have been provided for an issue that was reported on November 20th. Let’s see if they respond to this review, like they’ve responded to the last two 1-star reviews they’ve received.
