Steve the CEO cares about every detail and was often onsite. We give them the highest recommendation possible and will use them again. You will not regret working with them. Honest, fair, timely. Meet with Steve BEFORE your new build or remodel. Have your interior decorator and planner use this company. They retrofitted us as best as possible after our remodel was well underway. We wish more could be done and wish we knew to reach out to them much earlier in the process. Our issue not theirs. Hire them. You will not regret it.

My previous screen distributor/installer claimed that the screens needed parts. I waited a month for for parts and repairs. They ignored my calls and email concerning status of the parts. I gave up and called Thoughtful Integration. Steve, the owner called London who scheduled service on the same day in Town of Highland Park. The screens were repaired on the same day. No parts were required. The service was great as expected of a sub contractor. Steve and the team at Thoughtful Integrations were exceptional throughout our screen process - from on site measuring, selection and quoting through the day of installation. They were great at keeping us informed along the way and the installation team was meticulous and took the time to do it right - from screen install to taking the time to insure wires were hidden to view. And they were sure to clean up any mess they may have created. They did what they said they were going to do, in the timeframe they said, and to the quality level we expected.
