I had another associate put in a ticket for me and did not get a response from anyone. I waited for awhile before I messaged Harvy to see what was going on. I believed they had sent an email but I have changed my name since then. He promptly gotten my DKB, VPN, and email corrected in the system without any hesitation. He never without a doubt comes through and gets all the issues taken care of within a short period of time. All three issues fixed under ten mins and future issues if emailed!
