Absolutely the worst company for training. Do not believe anything on their website. Read their terms and conditions carefully before parting with your money. They will not issue any refunds even when their trainer is a no-show and they don't conduct the training and will lie to the credit card company that they provided the training. Their online training is a joke, where terrible overseas instructors simply read off charts and end the training prematurely. Instructors are terrible and not experts at all

I took a Lean Six Sigma training course with Sprintzeal and was very happy with the instructor (Dan). He's very knowledgeable on the subject and you can tell that he's passionate about ensuring that his students get the best out of the training session. 5 stars for the instructor. I deducted 1 star for the administrative communication. They last-minute switched me from an instructor-led course to a live training course and I had to ask for a partial refund since I paid more for an instructor-led course. I also had to ask them about scheduling me for the exam. I feel like there could have been more proactive communication from their part.

Hello There, I have given a negative review earlier with 1 star as after seeing few negative reviews over google & I have clearly mentioned that I will not go with project management course with them. But after seeing my review, one of their team member has contacted me & cleared all my perception. So basically I can say I had a wrong perception for them. Now, I have taken the training after clearing everything & they have promised me few things for which I had a wrong perception. Finally I got the training done & they have released my certificate as well. For the review, they have appreciated me by giving few FREE online courses as well. I am thankfull to the Sprintzeal Team.

I attended Six Sigma Course in this institute and it was enjoyable and very informative; the timings arranged for the course were perfect; the instructor has exerted extra ordinary effort to convey the curriculum using variety of methods and media aids; it was fun working with Sprintzeal. The only thing I can note is that the curriculum was too dense to be squeezed in the four days session, the course duration could be re-visited.

I signed up for the in-person Time Management 1-day course. After being told by Alex that (wonderful Sprintzeal concierge, by the way!), due to all other registrants being from one company that requested the instructor to go to their office on-site, my class would now have to be a virtual online training instead. I was initially disappointed; however, it actually ended up being better for me as it became truly a 1-on-1 training. Dr. Flora was absolutely an excellent educator and teacher, asking direct questions that allowed him to tailor the training to my particular situation. The only thing I wish we would have done more of was the "activity exercises," which obviously were intended for more of a group setting. However, overall, I walked away with a personal action plan to help me set up the framework for tackling "time bandits" and believe I can work smarter, not harder. Thank you Sprintzeal and Dr. Flora!
