Company mainly uses AI, spent thousands of dollars, and basically had to hire a different firm to redo the entire chapter. Staff not helpful, don't follow directions, and then have bad attitude. Then you get promised revision after revision but none got approved, but the whole point of hiring such a firm is to save time and not have to take multiple extensions. Be aware - NO REFUNDS.

I am an international student in the US and was impressed with the company's turnaround time, quality of work, and the support that they have provided. I got my value for money. The experience was, in fact, fantastic for the job I needed. I would request all other customers to give Precision Consulting a chance and make their own lives beautiful. Horrible. Do not use for dissertation (or other reasons). You will pay over a thousand dollars and receive work with so many errors, responses weeks later, and no accountability. It’s a Horrible company. I requested a refund and have not heard back in months

I came to Precision after months and months of little support and direction from my dissertation chair. If felt as if I were thrown to the wolves and left to fend for myself after turning in my first three chapters, only to be rejected. It was a blessing to find out about Precision from a colleague of mine who had recently finished his doctoral program. After giving a detailed explanation of what their team could do to ensure my proposal was approved, I was given individual attention by Clark, the CEO. After seeing the quality of work Precision produced, my chair got on board and approved me to collect my data because I was finally able to demonstrate a deeper understanding of my topic. I'm on the road to graduation now thanks to Precision!
